Overview    
Sitni Sati宣布推出FumeFX 3.0 for Autodesk's 3ds Max
FumeFX 3.0
有了更多創新,讓artist更方便的工作流程,提供獨特的控制模擬功能。像是加快GPU加速的預覽畫面、nested grids模擬、支援空間扭曲變形,和新增的Effector將讓你運用更不同且彈性的方法來建置特效場景。
Digic PicturesLuma Pictures合作,Sitni Sati宣布FumeFX for Maya有了進一步的發展。皆以Autodesk Maya為基礎的研發內容,確保FumeFX for Maya可即時投入製程的環境中。FumeFX for Maya應在今年後半段的時間就會推出。

Effector
是在這個版本中最強大的功能。只需點擊滑鼠幾下,Artists就可以在內定的規則下調整和改變物理模擬法則。例如,Effectors可用velocity控制vorticity,煙霧的顏色來控制重力,而火是在user定義的速率參數voxels下產生的,以上這些都可進一步透過test condition或是EffectorGizmo微調。

RenderWarps
是另一實用工具可運用在許多特效鏡頭上。這個功能使Users可應用在Space warps套用向FFDBendTaperNoise來預先計算FumeFX caches。以RenderWarps作為後製處理的階段,則不需要再重新模擬一次了。

N-Sim
artists可一起連結多個網格 並同時執行模擬來整合為一個大型的模擬。此方法用在增強場景的細緻度,像是火箭發射的煙霧特效。

GPU加速預覽 
是另一個省時、即時預覽並調整效果的彩現功能。可以非常快的速度運算出Self-Shadows,並且users可旋轉攝影機,觀看任何角度的效果。FumeFX也支援即時幾何物件與煙霧同時預覽效果。
